NHN Data Launches Instagram DM Automation Solution 'Social Biz'

NHN Data announced on the 22nd the launch of ‘Socialbiz,’ an Instagram DM (Direct Message) marketing automation solution.


Socialbiz is a solution that helps utilize Instagram DM as a new marketing channel and automates customer management. As conversational marketing, where brands and customers communicate directly through stories, comments, and DMs, gains popularity, NHN Data launched this solution in collaboration with Meta.


Socialbiz supports various DM automation features for Instagram marketing activities, including ▲Frequently Asked Questions ▲Story Mention Replies ▲DM Auto Replies. When customers tag the brand account in a story or leave an inquiry, a DM is automatically sent, and a fixed menu is displayed within the chat window to recommend products or provide promotion information. This automates customer service tasks that were previously handled manually, reducing unnecessary resources.


In particular, it can automatically send thank-you messages to potential customers who reacted to stories or feeds, or use these interactions for promotions by sending discount coupons, etc. Additionally, a shortcut menu can be displayed at the start of a chat to connect customers to the company’s online store. Frequently used messages by industry and situation are provided as templates, enabling businesses new to DM marketing to easily start message automation.


A DM marketing performance report analyzing the number of messages sent and customer responses is also provided. It allows businesses to see at a glance what questions customers ask most frequently and which products or events they are mainly interested in. Business managers can manage message strategies and operate optimized marketing through metric measurement.
