Last year, Kmong Enterprise secured major domestic corporations such as the KB Group, Nexon, and POSCO as clients, significantly surpassing an annual total transaction amount of 10 billion KRW. The project completion rate for client projects initiated by Kmong Enterprise last year was 97%, and the average time from client request to contract was just over one week. By project field, IT development accounted for the largest share at 70%, followed evenly by design, video production, and marketing, each at 10%.
Looking at the usage rate of Kmong Enterprise by company size, large and mid-sized companies accounted for 75%, making up the majority. Demand has increased for immediately deployable professional personnel through Kmong Enterprise when immediate workforce reinforcement is needed for projects such as digital transformation, new business establishment, and operational efficiency improvement.
Building on this growth, Kmong plans to focus more on expanding its Enterprise business this year. Kim Sin-yeop, director in charge of Kmong Enterprise, said, "Last year, Kmong Enterprise grew by providing value in streamlining clients' outsourcing procurement," adding, "We plan to continuously advance the service to improve expert matching efficiency and enable more reasonable external acquisition of business expertise."
