SK Ecoplant announced on the 21st that it has been selected as the construction company for the Mia 11 District Redevelopment Project in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, successfully securing its first order of the year.

This project involves the construction of apartments and ancillary welfare facilities consisting of 11 buildings with a total of 612 units, ranging from two basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, on the site located at 791-108 Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. The total contract amount is approximately 215.1 billion KRW.

The project site boasts a double station area location, being about a 3-minute walk from Samyang Station on the Ui-Sinseol Line and about a 10-minute walk from Mia Station on Line 4. It is also adjacent to the Internal Circulation Road, Dongbu, and Bukbu arterial roads. Nearby educational institutions include Suyu Elementary School, Shinil Middle School, Shinil High School, Da-il Foreign Language High School, as well as universities such as Sungshin Women's University and Korea University. The area is well-equipped with living infrastructure including Lotte Mart, Suyu Market, Korea University Anam Hospital, and Buk Seoul Dream Forest.

Since 2022, SK Ecoplant has maintained mid-1 trillion KRW order performance for two consecutive years in urban maintenance projects.
