‘Draft Rumor’ Busan 5-term Lawmaker Cho Kyung-tae Declares, “I Will Protect My Constituency”

‘The Miracle of Saha's Development’ Continues Without Interruption

Preliminary Candidate Registration for the 22nd General Election on the 19th

Jo Kyung-tae, a member of the National Assembly representing Saha District who has recorded five consecutive terms, has once again declared his determination to retain his constituency.

On the 19th, Jo registered as a preliminary candidate for the 22nd National Assembly election and embarked on his full-scale election campaign. Upon registering as a preliminary candidate, Jo promised to continue the "miracle of Saha's development" without interruption and expressed his intention to repay the support of Saha residents.

Based on his successful experience in leading the extension of Subway Line 1 between Sinpyeong, Jangrim, and Dadae, he also pledged to steadily promote the urban railway construction project connecting Jangrim, Gu-pyeong, Gamcheon, and Jagalchi.

He emphasized that he is the right person to solve major local issues such as the construction of an underwater tunnel connecting Gadeokdo New Airport and Dadaepo, the development of a hub-type marina port at Natgae Port in Dadae 2-dong, and the promotion of redevelopment in the Sinpyeong area.

Jo stated, "Although the environment in Saha has greatly improved compared to the past, there are still many issues that need to be resolved to satisfy the residents' aspirations, so I will continue without interruption," declaring his candidacy.
