Eunpyeong-gu Receives 'Excellent' Grade in 2023 Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation

"Excellent" for 2 Consecutive Years Following Last Year... Perfect Scores in 4 Indicators Including Pre-Information Disclosure Registration Count and Customer Demand Analysis Performance

Eunpyeong-gu (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that it has achieved an "Excellent" rating in the "2023 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation" conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the overall information disclosure performance from September 2022 to August 2023 for a total of 550 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions.

This evaluation was conducted across 12 indicators in four areas: advance information, original document disclosure, request processing, and customer management and system operation.

Eunpyeong-gu received a score of 91.1, significantly higher than the autonomous district average of 84.19, achieving an excellent rating for the second consecutive year following 2022.

In particular, among the 12 evaluation indicators, it received perfect scores in four indicators: the number of advance information disclosures registered, the completeness of advance information disclosure, the completeness of original document information in approval documents, and customer demand analysis performance.

Eunpyeong-gu pre-discloses information that affects residents' lives and various administrative information closely related to residents' daily lives on the Eunpyeong-gu Office website by category.

Additionally, by analyzing frequently requested information and keywords, it newly discovers and discloses advance information disclosure lists, conducts employee information disclosure training, and continuously strives to guarantee residents' right to know and enhance transparency in district administration.

Kim Mi-kyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong-gu, stated, "We will continue to promote more proactive and transparent information disclosure through ongoing monitoring and improvements in areas such as original document disclosure and request processing."
