Posbank, which is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market this month, announced on the 18th that it recorded a subscription competition rate of 1,397.07 to 1 for its public offering to general investors.
The total subscription deposit amounted to 2.3592 trillion KRW.
Founded in 2003, Posbank is a company that develops and manufactures kiosk terminals. In 2022, it posted sales of 90.4 billion KRW and an operating profit of 12.6 billion KRW.
Earlier, the company conducted a demand forecast for institutional investors and set the public offering price at 18,000 KRW, exceeding the upper limit of the expected range (13,000 to 15,000 KRW).
Posbank is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 29th.
