The Army's 50th Infantry Division will conduct the 2024 Cold Weather Tactical Training from January 29 to February 2 in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas.

Army 50th Division Conducts Cold Weather Tactical Training This Year The Army's 50th Division will conduct the 2024 Winter Tactical Training from January 29 to February 2 in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas to verify winter operational capabilities.

This training will focus on verifying winter operation capabilities based on assigned missions, establishing a solid combat readiness posture, cultivating mission execution abilities tailored to each unit's characteristics, and mastering integrated defense operation capabilities involving civilians, government, military, police, and fire services.


In particular, since actual troop and equipment movements are planned during the cold weather tactical training period, we ask for residents' understanding despite any inconvenience and request active cooperation.


A representative of the 50th Division stated, "We will continue to conduct diverse and creative training to fulfill our duty as 'the strongest force protecting Daegu and Gyeongbuk.' We ask for the warm interest and support of the residents."
