Gyeongnam Nonghyup, On-site Training for Visiting Mutual Finance Marketing

Gyeongnam Nonghyup held the '2024 On-site Mutual Finance Marketing Training' on the 17th at the Yangsan Nonghyup conference room, with about 50 executives and employees from the headquarters and branches attending.


The 'On-site Marketing Training' is an educational program designed to boost employees' motivation and enhance the business promotion mindset at branches by directly visiting local agricultural and livestock cooperatives, addressing current financial issues, diagnosing credit business at each office, and providing marketing support coaching.

Lee Chang-hoon, Deputy Head of Headquarters, stated, "In order to actively respond to the uncertain domestic and international economic environment and the rapidly changing financial landscape in real time, continuous improvement of employees' marketing capabilities is necessary," adding, "We will strengthen mutual finance competitiveness through this marketing on-site training to enhance our role as a reliable partner for farmers and customers."


Oh Young-seop, Chairman of the Cooperative, said, "We will strive to make this on-site training an opportunity to double employees' expertise and further activate the credit business," and expressed gratitude to the professional instructors and employees who showed passion during the training.
