POSCO E&C announced on the 17th that it plans to sell 'Seosin The Sharp Vivaldi' in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, next month in collaboration with HL D&I Hanla.
Seosin The Sharp Vivaldi will be developed in the Seosin-dong area of Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, consisting of 28 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 1,914 households. Among these, 1,225 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 120㎡ will be available for general sale.
In terms of location, the complex is adjacent to Baekjedero and Jeonryong-ro, making it easy to travel within the region by car. Access to the Honam Expressway Seojeonju IC and Suncheon-Wanju Expressway Dongjeonju IC is also convenient. Jeonju Station and Jeonju Express Bus Terminal are nearby, allowing easy travel to major cities nationwide. Notably, since September last year, the Suseo High-Speed Train (SRT) Jeolla Line has been opened, greatly improving accessibility to Gangnam. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to travel directly from Jeonju Station to Suseo Station.
Regarding living infrastructure, a department store is within walking distance, and large marts are also close by. Large medical facilities such as Jeonbuk National University Hospital and Wonkwang University Jeonju Oriental Medicine Hospital, as well as various public institutions including Jeollabuk-do Provincial Office, Jeonju City Hall, Jeonbuk Police Agency, and Seosin-dong Community Center, are conveniently accessible. The educational environment allows walking commutes to Seosin Elementary and Middle Schools, Seomun Elementary School, and Hanil High School, and a representative academy district of Jeonbuk is formed within a 1 km radius. Walking and bicycle paths are established along the nearby Jeonjucheon and Samcheon streams, and several neighborhood parks such as Anter Park, Donaegisaem Park, and Jeonryong Park are close by.
Proximity to workplaces is also noteworthy. Public institutions, universities, and broadcasting stations are concentrated around the complex, and commuting is convenient to industrial complexes such as Jeonju Carbon Material National Industrial Complex, Jeonbuk Technopark, Jeonju General Industrial Complex, and Jeonju Eco-friendly Complex.
In terms of product value, the complex exterior features a curtain wall look and steel art walls using POSCO’s premium steel materials, and units are mainly oriented southward to maximize lighting and ventilation efficiency. It is also planned to be realized as a car-free park-type apartment complex above ground. Ample parking space of 1.43 spaces per household will be secured to minimize parking issues for residents.
Exclusive community facilities for residents will include a fitness center with a running track and GX room, a small library, kids’ room, studio, and other one-stop cultural spaces, as well as resident cafes, study book cafes, and premium secure storage centers in each complex.
A sales official stated, "Seosin The Sharp Vivaldi is a landmark large-scale branded complex located in Seosin-dong, where new apartment supply has been scarce despite high residential preference in the area. It will establish itself as a leading complex representing not only Jeonju but also Jeollabuk-do."
