Recruitment for Development and Planning Positions in Vehicle Electronic SW and Navigation Systems
Hyundai AutoEver announced on the 17th that it will conduct open recruitment for new and experienced positions in the first quarter of this year.
The first quarter recruitment for new and experienced employees started on the 16th and will accept applications until the 29th. They are recruiting for development and planning positions in various fields such as ▲vehicle electronic software (SW) ▲navigation and maps ▲smart factory and logistics ▲security ▲enterprise IT.
As the automotive industry rapidly evolves with digital transformation and the shift to software-defined vehicles (SDV), the demand for SW talent is also sharply increasing. Hyundai AutoEver has been conducting large-scale recruitment since its merger in April 2021. Over the past three years, it has hired more than 2,300 experienced and new employees.
Hyundai AutoEver is also focusing on nurturing talent within the company across various departments. Through talent development programs such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Academy and the Mobility Embedded SW School held last year, the company cultivates practical skills and secures outstanding talent by hiring graduates who achieved good results.
The ERP Academy is a talent development program that provides practical training on the basics of ERP and four modules including sales, production, purchasing, and finance, equipping participants with development and consulting capabilities. The Mobility Embedded SW School is a program that systematically educates from the concepts and principles of vehicle embedded SW development to the knowledge and skills required for practical work. Both programs produced their first graduates in December last year.
A Hyundai AutoEver official stated, "We will rapidly secure talent in the digital transformation (DX) and SDV sectors to lead the future mobility software market."
