Byutech Wins 2.6 Billion KRW Contract for Marine Corps Amphibious Assault Helicopter Maintenance Training Equipment Project

KOSDAQ-listed company Byu Technology (CEO Jin-Yeop Lee) announced on the 16th through a public disclosure that it has successfully secured a contract for the Marine Corps Amphibious Assault Helicopter Maintenance Training Equipment Project (MAH MTD).


This contract involves providing training equipment for maintenance personnel responsible for amphibious assault helicopters, focusing on fault diagnosis and operational inspections. The project period extends until August 2026. The expected project cost is approximately 2.6 billion KRW, and Byu Technology will develop and supply training equipment for maintenance personnel in charge of amphibious assault helicopters.


Leveraging its technological expertise in the military sector, Byu Technology, which has successfully expanded its stable defense business, has applied its simulator development technology to maintenance training for military equipment, supporting efficient and systematic training for maintenance personnel.


Additionally, through the IPS (Integrated Product Support) program, the company has provided comprehensive support and management activities for various weapons operated by the Army, Navy, and Air Force, contributing to defense projects.


A company representative stated, “With the contract for the Marine Corps Amphibious Assault Helicopter Maintenance Training Equipment Project, we have contributed to enhancing the maintenance capabilities of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces,” adding, “Byu Technology’s technological capabilities and stable business model are recognized as important factors contributing to the stability and innovation of the defense industry.”


He continued, “We will continuously provide systematic and efficient training opportunities to maintenance personnel through training equipment utilizing simulator development technology,” and added, “We will do our best to contribute to the enhancement of the military’s combat power.”


Meanwhile, Byu Technology, which has supported maintenance systems for the Army, Navy, and Air Force with specialized military technology, plans to significantly expand its defense military business starting from this contract.
