Use CJ ONE Points at Shilla Duty Free... Support for Point Payment Provided

"Expanding Partnerships to Increase Customer Benefits"

Shilla Duty Free, operated by Hotel Shilla, announced on the 17th that it will expand its partnership with the membership service 'CJ ONE,' operated by CJ OliveNetworks. Accordingly, starting from the 18th, CJ ONE points can be used for payments at Shilla Internet Duty Free.


Shilla Internet Duty Free has previously offered partnership discounts to CJ ONE members, such as a 10% discount on purchases over 180,000 KRW and a 12% discount on purchases over 300,000 KRW on specific days. With this expanded partnership, customers can now use their accumulated CJ ONE points for payment.

When paying with CJ ONE points, customers can use points starting from a minimum of 1,000 available points, up to a maximum of 100,000 points.


CJ ONE is a membership service with a cumulative membership of 30 million users. Shilla Duty Free explained that since the main membership base consists of women in their 20s and 30s who are highly interested in shopping, it is expected to provide practical benefits to duty-free customers.


To commemorate the expansion of this partnership, Shilla Duty Free will offer CJ ONE customers a partnership credit of 23,000 KRW usable on purchases over 150 USD from the 18th of this month until February 29. Additionally, among customers who purchase using CJ ONE points, a raffle will be held to provide prizes such as gift certificates for the Seoul Shilla Hotel Pastry Boutique and 20,000 CJ ONE points.


Meanwhile, Shilla Duty Free continues to expand partnership marketing to target individual tourists. Last year, it provided services through cooperation with companies such as Nongshim Shin Ramyun, HotelsCombined, and CGV. In addition to technical partnerships with IT companies like Naver and DailyShot, it also conducted beauty classes as part of partnership marketing with well-known domestic and international brands such as Amorepacific and Est?e Lauder. Currently, Shilla Duty Free has membership partnerships with CJ ONE, the three major telecom companies, OK Cashback, Gmarket (Auction), Melon, and others, providing mutual benefits to customers.


A Shilla Duty Free representative said, "We will continue to strive to offer differentiated experiences and practical benefits to customers through partnerships with various companies."
