Legendary American professional wrestler Hulk Hogan rescued a teenage girl trapped in an overturned vehicle in Florida despite being 70 years old.

On the 16th (local time), Hogan posted about the incident on his social media (SNS) X (formerly Twitter) account the day before. Hogan described the moment of quick thinking, saying, "The frustrating part during the rescue was that to get her out of the overturned car, we had to puncture the airbag, but we didn't have a knife." He added, "Fortunately, a pen I received from church came in handy. Thank God." He then helped the girl by unbuckling her seatbelt so she could safely get out of the car.

His new wife, yoga instructor Sky Daly, wrote on Facebook, "Last night, while having dinner and driving in Tampa, we saw a car overturned in front of us." She said her husband and a friend were able to quickly take action and rescue the girl inside the vehicle. Daly said, "From the outside, she didn't appear to be injured, just very shocked," calling it a "complete miracle."

Photos from the scene released by foreign media showed Hogan wearing a shirt with the logo of the professional wrestling organization 'nWo,' where he once performed, watching the accident response. A scene of Hogan’s friend running to help was also captured.

The Tampa Police Department told foreign media that the 17-year-old girl involved in the traffic accident sustained only minor injuries.

Meanwhile, Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, was the top star of the world’s most famous wrestling organization WWF (later renamed WWE) from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame but was expelled in 2015 due to racist remarks. He currently lives in the Tampa Bay area. Even at 70 years old, he maintains a muscular physique comparable to his prime and actively posts videos of himself on social media.
