DXNVX Discusses Building Partnerships with Global Companies

DXVX has decided to establish cooperative relationships with global companies.

DXVX announced on the 16th that it held partnering meetings with about 30 companies, including global pharmaceutical companies, new drug developers, and investors, at the '2024 JP Morgan Healthcare Conference' and 'Biotech Showcase 2024' held in San Francisco, USA, and agreed to build various forms of cooperation in the future.

First, discussions were held with global pharmaceutical companies regarding companion diagnostics and the introduction of genetic information testing services for fetuses and newborns. With new drug developers, they agreed to collaborate on biomarker discovery and providing data necessary for new drug development through genomic big data services.

Additionally, various forms of investment and technological cooperation were discussed, including license in/out of technologies expected to have synergy with the pipelines under development by DXVX, joint research such as clinical trials, and the domestic introduction of overseas pharmaceuticals. After detailed discussions, formal business agreements are expected to be made.

At this Biotech Showcase, CEO Kwon Kyu-chan gave a presentation that attracted high interest from global pharmaceutical and bio companies regarding the currently developing pipelines, plans to establish a companion diagnostics center locally in Italy, and Healthcare 4.0 emphasized by CEO Lim Jong-yoon of Hanmi Pharmaceutical, leading to discussions on various collaboration methods.

Kwon Kyu-chan, CEO of DXVX, said, “During the event, various partnering meetings were held across all business areas, from licensing to joint research and genomic databases,” and added, “We will create a year in which we can make a quantum jump not only through technical collaboration with global companies but also by securing various business items externally.”
