Classys Launches Premium Home Beauty Device 'Volium'

Global medical aesthetic specialist company Classys launched the home care beauty device VOLIUM on the 16th, targeting the home beauty technology market.

Classys is a leading domestic dermatology lifting medical device company that has built trust in the Korean market through Shurink and Volumer. Based on its expertise in developing aesthetic devices, the company operates the B2C brands Skederm and Shurink RX, and has introduced the home beauty device VOLIUM for the first time.

VOLIUM applies radiofrequency technology to help promote and activate skin collagen. In particular, for various signs of aging such as decreased elasticity and dull complexion, VOLIUM provides systematic and three-dimensional care through three different modes.

Specifically, the Lifting Mode targets wide facial areas such as both cheeks, the butterfly zone, and forehead for lifting; the Localized Intensive Care Mode treats more delicate and detailed areas such as the glabella, eye area, and philtrum. The Slim Care Mode, which applies Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), manages the jawline area where signs of aging become more pronounced with age, supporting more three-dimensional care. All three modes are equipped with sonic vibration and light energy (LED) technology, helping to address various skin concerns by combining radiofrequency, low-frequency care, and LED technology simultaneously.

VOLIUM enhances treatment effectiveness by applying multi-frequency technology. Considering that skin layers and depths vary depending on individual skin conditions, it focuses on applying appropriate wavelengths for each skin layer and area using three frequencies: 1MHz, 2MHz, and 3MHz to maximize care effects.

Another feature is its ergonomics design, incorporating ergonomic design elements. VOLIUM is designed for user convenience, providing a natural grip and enabling delicate care even on curved skin surfaces. The head electrodes use medically verified metal material (SUS316L) to ensure safety, and its 150g weight allows for easy use anytime and anywhere. The recommended usage time for each mode is 5 minutes.
