Hunezion Completes Advanced Intelligent Transportation System Project in Gyeonggi-do

Information security software specialist Hunezion announced on the 16th that it has completed the deployment of the network interconnection solution i-oneNet and the unidirectional network interconnection solution i-oneNet DD as part of the Gyeonggi-do Intelligent Transport System (ITS) advancement project.

The Intelligent Transport System (ITS) refers to a transportation system that applies advanced technologies to transportation means and facilities such as automobiles and roads to improve traffic flow and enhance traffic safety.

Gyeonggi-do invested a total of 24.6 billion KRW to introduce an expanded priority signal system for emergency vehicles, a metropolitan emergency vehicle priority signal system, and other intelligent transport systems tailored to regional characteristics based on information and communication technology. Through this project, Hunezion installed 28 sets of network interconnection solutions across various cities and districts in Gyeonggi-do.

Hunezion’s i-oneNet is a network interconnection solution that securely transmits user PC data and server streams located on separated networks according to security policies, preventing internal information leakage.

Additionally, optimized for environments where OT and IT converge such as intelligent transport systems, smart factories, smart cities, and infrastructure data dams, Hunezion offers a product lineup including the unidirectional network interconnection solution i-oneNet DD and the bidirectional network interconnection solution i-oneNet DX.
