On the 16th, Eun Hyeon-jang commented on a video addressing controversy related to actress Park Min-young, stating his intention to sue malicious commenters. He said, "If I am connected to Chorokbaem Media, I will accept any punishment," adding, "I sold the company (Fried Chicken House That Does It Well) to another party, and I do not know what happened afterward. I am not interested." He continued, "Starting tomorrow (the 17th), I will begin suing malicious commenters on online communities and social networking services (SNS)," warning, "I considered malicious comments as attention and have overlooked them until now. There will be no leniency."

A post seemingly written by Eun himself appeared on an online community, drawing attention. Eun stated, "You say (threatening to sue) is a threat? Aren’t those who left malicious comments behind my back the ones threatening me?" He added, "If I had been connected to Chorokbaem Media, I wouldn’t have been able to broadcast until now. Starting tomorrow, I will put everything aside and begin suing malicious commenters."

Netizens who saw this expressed responses such as, "I hope he clarifies things clearly. If he explains the suspicious parts to netizens, the malicious comments will decrease," "People who insult without reason have no right to complain even if sued," "I hope the lawsuit proceeds quickly and a definite result comes out," and "I have been a subscriber since the early days of YouTube. It must have been hard dealing with malicious commenters from their rooms."

Meanwhile, Chorokbaem Media, at the center of this controversy, is a South Korean drama, entertainment, and animation production company. Last June, the former chairman of the Chorokbaem Group was arrested by prosecutors on charges including stock manipulation and breach of trust, leading to the company’s trading suspension in the stock market. In late November, the Korea Exchange decided to delist the company. Amid this, netizens have raised suspicions that ‘Fried Chicken House That Does It Well,’ which Eun sold, is affiliated with Chorokbaem Media, leading to claims that Eun might be connected to Chorokbaem Media as well.
