[Photo] Namsan Tunnel 1-3 Congestion Toll Charged Only for Citybound Traffic

On the 15th, a notice about congestion toll collection for the city-bound direction was posted at the tollgate of Namsan No. 3 Tunnel in Jung-gu, Seoul. Starting today, congestion tolls will no longer be collected for the outbound (Gangnam) direction of Namsan No. 1 and No. 3 Tunnels in Seoul. The city-bound direction will continue to be charged a congestion toll of 2,000 won as before.
