Presentation on Support Plans by Headquarters and Key Business Promotion Directions for Strategic Task Implementation
BNK Gyeongnam Bank held the '2024 First Half Management Strategy Meeting' at the main office auditorium.
At the management strategy meeting held on the 12th, about 240 participants including Bank President Ye Gyeong-tak, executives, headquarters department heads, and branch managers gathered to review the achievements of 2023 and share the management plans for 2024.
This management strategy meeting proceeded in the order of performance evaluation awards ceremony, introduction of new executives, CFO special lecture, compliance officer compliance training, management strategy briefing, sharing and communication of business headquarters sales support plans, and CEO message.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank presented strategic tasks for 2024 such as qualitative growth, risk management, work innovation, and practicing win-win finance.
To implement the strategic tasks, each headquarters department including customer marketing, customer planning, asset management, credit support, and digital finance announced business support plans and key business promotion directions.
In the CEO message, President Ye said, “This year will also be a challenging year due to the economic situation and interest rate trends. Bold challenges and efforts for change are essential to achieve the 2024 goals,” adding, “Let us challenge toward bold goals through rebalancing assets, profits, and mindset.”
He then cited this year’s famous quote chosen by the MZ generation, “What matters is an unbreakable spirit,” explaining, “This phrase signifies the importance of execution and willpower. We can confirm that the importance of execution and willpower is an unchanging truth that transcends generations. When your will and attention to detail come together, achieving your goals will definitely be possible.”
