November 11: Nongshim and 30 Female Job Seekers Participate
Gumi Women's Workforce Development Center, Employment Opportunities
On the 11th, Gumi City in Gyeongbuk held the 'Job Seeker and Employer Women’s Meeting Day' at the 2nd floor of the main building of the Gumi Women’s Human Resources Development Center, hosted by the Gumi Women’s Human Resources Development Center and the Gumi Women’s New Employment Center, with the participation of 30 female job seekers and Nongshim.
The 'Job Seeker and Employer Women’s Meeting Day' is a project that provides on-site interviews and hiring opportunities between female job seekers seeking employment and local companies seeking workforce supply.
It also offers various employment support services such as resume writing guidance and interview coaching to job seekers, greatly helping to strengthen women’s employment capabilities.
Director Choi Kwang-ho said, “Through the bi-monthly Job Seeker and Employer Meeting Days, we plan to regularly operate customized hiring events to help career-interrupted women and young and middle-aged adults smoothly enter the labor market, and we will further strengthen systematic employment support services to contribute to local job creation.”
Mayor Kim Jang-ho stated, “We will continue to build a close cooperative system with the Gumi Women’s Human Resources Development Center to resolve the employment difficulties of career-interrupted women and address the workforce shortages of local companies to the best of our ability.”
