Icheon-si Launches 'Youth Employment Interview All-Care' Project
Gyeonggi-do Icheon City announced on the 12th that it will start the 'Youth Employment Interview All-Care' project to support young job seekers' employment from the 15th.
This project is an expansion of the 'Interview Suit Rental' project implemented by the city since 2021 and has been carried out since July last year. It supports not only interview suit rental but also interview consulting, employment special lectures, resume photo shooting, and hair and makeup services. Additionally, it provides follow-up management by introducing other job opportunities and providing related information in case of rejection.
Regarding the employment special lectures, a total of four sessions will be held quarterly this year. The 1st and 3rd sessions are composed of 'Career Exploration Navigation Using MBTI,' and the 2nd and 4th sessions are 'Image Making Using Personal Color.' In the newly established on-the-job special lectures this year, young people can apply for desired job fields, and if five or more applicants are gathered, the sessions will be conducted online with current workers.
Applicants can apply by searching for 'All-Care' on the Gyeonggi-do integrated application system 'Jobaba' website and submitting the application documents. For more details, contact the Icheon City Youth and Children Division.
A city official said, "We have strengthened the special lecture section to support young people's job-seeking activities," adding, "We hope this project will reduce the interview cost burden for young job seekers and help them find employment."
