Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) held the 2024 New Year's greeting meeting for heads of institutions and social organizations at the county office conference room at 2 p.m. on the 10th.
According to the county on the 11th, about 100 people attended the event, including Kim San, Governor of Muan-gun, National Assembly member Seo Sam-seok, Song Ha-cheol, President of Mokpo National University, Kim Kyung-hyun, Chairman of the Muan County Council, and other heads of local social organizations.

The event proceeded with exchanging New Year's greetings, a rice cake cutting ceremony wishing for the development and prosperity of Muan-gun, New Year's greetings from major institution heads, proposing a toast, and sharing well-wishes.
In his New Year's greeting speech, Governor Kim San said, "In the Year of Gapjin, which holds the hopes and aspirations of 100,000 residents, we will join forces with heads of institutions and social organizations to create a greater Muan. We will steadily carry out the major projects undertaken until last year to promote stable growth, and lay the foundation for building a new Muan through discovering and fostering future new industries."
