Gyeongbuk Office of Education Announces Open Recruitment for 155 Permanent Contract Food Service Workers

Gyeongbuk Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Jong-sik) announced on the 11th that it will publicly recruit 155 cooks to work in school cafeterias at various levels in the Gyeongbuk region.


This recruitment is conducted for the provincial Office of Education and 19 city and county areas, excluding Goryeong, Seongju, and Bonghwa, to promptly fill vacancies caused by retirement, resignation, and other reasons.

Applicants wishing to apply can submit their application forms by visiting the relevant local education support office in person, or by registered mail or email, during the 7-day period from the 17th to the 23rd.


The main schedule is as follows: application submission (17th?23rd), announcement of document screening results (30th), interview exam (February 6th), and final successful candidates announcement (February 8th). Detailed information about eligibility and the exam can be found on the Gyeongbuk Office of Education website or the city/county education support office websites.


Jung Jong-hee, head of the School Support Division at the Gyeongbuk Office of Education, said, “We ask for the interest and participation of local residents to ensure smooth operation of school and institution meal services.”
