Kolmar BNH is transitioning to a sole CEO system under Yoon Yeo-won. CEO Yoon is the eldest daughter of Yoon Dong-han, chairman of Korea Kolmar Holdings.
Kolmar BNH announced on the 10th that CEO Kim Byung-mook is resigning from his position as CEO, including his role as an inside director, due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Kolmar BNH will operate under a sole CEO system led by Yoon Yeo-won.
CEO Yoon joined Korea Kolmar's marketing team in 2001, where she was responsible for analyzing changes in cosmetic trends and market analysis. In 2009, she served as CEO of HNG, a subsidiary of Kolmar BNH, and in 2018, she was appointed Vice President of Planning and Management at Kolmar BNH. In 2020, she was appointed co-CEO of Kolmar BNH.
CEO Yoon graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Public Administration and completed an MBA program in Marketing and International Business as well as a doctoral program in Marketing at the Graduate School of Business. A Kolmar BNH official explained, "The decision to adopt a sole CEO system was made to enable efficient decision-making and organizational improvement."
