Practicing Lawyer in Ulsan... Former Elementary School Teacher Background
The Democratic Party of Korea has recruited lawyer Jeon Eun-su as the '7th talent' to be deployed in the 22nd general election.
On the 10th, the Democratic Party held a talent recruitment ceremony at the National Assembly and announced the recruitment of lawyer Jeon. He is originally from Busan and grew up in Ulsan. After graduating from Gongju National University of Education, he worked as an elementary school teacher in the Daejeon and Ulsan areas for five years. He has a unique background, having become a lawyer after attending the Law School at Pusan National University. Since becoming a lawyer, he has been active mainly in the Ulsan area. Notably, while serving as a director of the Ulsan Bar Association, he led efforts to establish an out-of-court branch of the Busan High Court at the Ulsan District Court, successfully securing its installation.

Lawyer Jeon criticized, "The Yoon Seok-yeol administration talks about the local era with words, but lacks long-term vision or concrete implementation plans," adding, "The issues of inequality felt by local youth, ultra-low birth rates, and discrimination in regional infrastructure are serious."
He especially stated, "Having lived in Ulsan for over 30 years, I have deeply felt the consequences of regional imbalance and the failure of local politics," and expressed his ambition, saying, "As new leadership is needed to innovate the region by gathering good ideas, I will start (politics) in the region."

Lawyer Jeon expressed his hope to run for office in Ulsan in the upcoming general election. When asked about his specific election plans, he replied, "I am thinking of running for a constituency seat rather than proportional representation," and added, "Since I grew up in Ulsan, I want to run there."
Jeong Cheong-rae, a Supreme Council member, praised him, saying, "Lawyer Jeon is a talent who will play the role of a pioneer creating alternatives for national balanced development against the government and ruling party that only advocate the outdated 'capital area unipolarization' while claiming to transform Seoul into a 'megacity,' and will lead regional development."
