LH to Open Applications for 534 Units at Incheon Gajeong 2 Newlywed Hope Town Starting the 15th

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 10th that subscription applications will be accepted starting from the 15th for 534 households in Block A2 of the Incheon Gajeong 2 District Newlywed Hope Town (public sale).

All units in the complex consist of a single exclusive area of 55㎡ and will be constructed with balcony extensions. Move-in is scheduled for May 2026.

The Incheon Gajeong 2 District Newlywed Hope Town is adjacent to Gajeong Station and Seogu Office Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, and the extension of Seoul Subway Line 7, scheduled to open in 2028, will be accessible on foot. Additionally, convenient transportation conditions quickly connect Seoul and the metropolitan area via the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, Gyeongin Expressway, and Incheon International Airport Expressway.

An elementary school site is planned near the complex, and it is convenient to use lifestyle facilities such as Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary’s Hospital, Lotte Mart, Homeplus, and Costco (planned).

The average supply price is about 370 million KRW per household, which is cheaper compared to the market price in the surrounding area. Furthermore, up to 70% of the house price can be supported with a fixed interest rate of 1.3% per year for up to 30 years, and applicants can optionally subscribe to a newlywed hope town exclusive long-term mortgage loan product (profit-sharing mortgage) that shares capital gains with the fund when selling the house or repaying the loan.

Eligibility for application includes adult members of non-homeowner households residing in the metropolitan area as of January 3 of this year, the date of the resident recruitment announcement, who are newlyweds, prospective newlyweds, or single-parent families.

The complex is subject to the price ceiling system, and a resale restriction period of 3 years applies if selected. There is no mandatory residence requirement.

On the 15th, priority application reception will be held for pre-subscription winners, followed by general subscription applications for remaining units from the 17th to the 18th. The announcement of winners will be on the 26th, and contract signing will take place from May 9 to 14.
