CJ ENM Studios has become the first company in the domestic content production industry to obtain the 'Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) certification.'
ISO 45001 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Certification is granted to companies that have systems in place to create a safe working environment by proactively identifying various potential hazards in the workplace and preventing industrial accidents.
CJ ENM Studios has continuously built an occupational health and safety management system to prevent serious accidents on production sites. In January of last year, they established a safety management team directly under the CEO to regularly inspect the implementation status of occupational health and safety at production sites, while newly establishing and supplementing safety and health management manuals, procedures, and guidelines.
They conduct risk assessments and safety inspection meetings (TBM) prior to film production and regularly provide safety education to employees and partner companies.
Hayongsoo, co-CEO of CJ ENM Studios, stated, "As a leading company in safety within the content production industry, we will strive to establish an environment that ensures the safety of all members involved in content production."
