The Family-Friendly Company certification, operated by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, is a system that grants certification to exemplary companies that support childbirth and child-rearing and foster a family-friendly workplace culture. Youngjin Angle Co., Ltd. has maintained this certification continuously since its initial certification in 2015 and will retain the family-friendly certification until 2026.
