Popular Strong Brand Large Complex... 'Hillstate Jungoe Park' for Sale

Branded large-scale complexes continue to maintain steady popularity as they are consistently evaluated to have advantages in both proven product quality and infrastructure.

In fact, last year’s sales market saw a continuous surge in applications for ‘branded large-scale complexes.’ First, in the metropolitan area, 'Dongtan Lake Park Jayeon & e-Pyeonhansesang' (a total of 1,227 households), supplied in October, received about 136,000 applications?the highest this year?resulting in an average competition rate of 240.15 to 1 and closing the first priority application round.

Also, 'Hillstate e-Pyeonhansesang Munjeong' (a total of 1,265 households), supplied in November, recorded a triple-digit average competition rate of 152.56 to 1 and was sold out. Additionally, 'Lotte Castle Eastpole' (a total of 1,063 households) and 'Raemian La Grande' (a total of 3,069 households) also attracted strong subscription demand and successfully sold out.

The popularity of branded large-scale complexes continued in the regional sales market as well. In August, 'Dunsan Xi I-Park' (a total of 1,974 households), supplied in Daejeon Metropolitan City, attracted about 48,000 applicants?the highest in the regional area this year?achieving an average competition rate of 68.67 to 1, successfully closing the first priority round and selling out. In Busan, 'Daeyeon DIEL,' consisting of a total of 4,488 households, recorded an average competition rate of 15.62 to 1 and also sold out.

Moreover, 'The Sharp Soyang Star River' (a total of 1,039 households) in Chuncheon, Gangwon, and 'Hillstate Cheomdan Central' (a total of 1,520 households) in Jangseong, Jeonnam, also succeeded in selling out, demonstrating the high preference of buyers for branded large-scale complexes.

An industry insider said, "Branded large-scale complexes have the advantage of realizing economies of scale, not only in terms of convenience in residential life and trust in the product but also in reducing management fees." He added, "As housing costs continue to increase, the demand for these complexes remains strong because they can help lower the burden."

Meanwhile, in the Gwangju Metropolitan City sales market, attention is focused on the upcoming supply of 'Hillstate Jungoe Park,' a total of 1,466 households jointly constructed by Hyundai Engineering and Bumyang Construction, scheduled for January.

The apartment complex ‘Hillstate Jungoe Park,’ developed through the private park special project in Jungoe Park, Buk-gu, Gwangju, consists of a total of 1,466 households (785 households in Block 2 and 681 households in Block 3). Both blocks are composed entirely of medium-to-large units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 157㎡. The complex features a south-facing layout, low-floor terraces, and duplex units (in some households), among various specialized designs.

Since it is developed through a private park special project, outstanding comfort stands out. Jungoe Park is composed as a cultural and artistic park with four themes: the museum district, biennale district, children’s grand park district, and Yeonje-Dongun district, harmonizing with diverse cultural and artistic infrastructure.

In fact, Jungoe Park houses various cultural and artistic infrastructures such as the Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall, National Gwangju Museum, Gwangju City Art Museum, and Unam Reservoir. Additionally, the Asia Culture Garden is currently under construction, themed on Asian landscapes, including a cultural park, an ecological art playground, and a sky bridge connecting the cultural arts center and the children’s playground.

Furthermore, on the current site of the Biennale parking lot, a new three-story Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall is planned to be built by 2027, expected to transform the area into a cultural and artistic hub representing Gwangju.

A sales official stated, "As a branded large-scale complex built by the top-tier brand Hillstate, combined with the comfort of Jungoe Park and cultural and artistic infrastructure, it has attracted much interest and inquiries." He added, "We plan to open the model house in January and prepare for full-scale sales, dedicating ourselves to presenting a landmark that meets the expectations and interest of buyers."
