Codi announced on the 8th that it has decided to conduct a paid-in capital increase through a third-party allotment to raise funds amounting to 8,442,540,000 KRW for the acquisition of securities of other corporations.
The number of new shares is 6,328,748, with an issue price of 1,334 KRW per share. The scheduled listing date of the new shares is April 24. The third-party allottee is GP Club.
