40s Singer and Actor Hits Vehicle and Refuses Breathalyzer Test

Singer and actor Kim Mo (44) was booked by the police after refusing a breathalyzer test following a collision with the vehicle in front of him.

On the 8th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced that they are investigating Kim on charges of refusing a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act. Kim caused an accident on the Nam-bu Sunhwan-ro in Irwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around 3:30 a.m. on the 29th of last month, when he changed lanes and collided with the vehicle ahead.

The police arrived at the scene and requested a breathalyzer test three times, but Kim refused. He voluntarily accompanied the police to the Suseo Police Station for questioning and was later released.

The police plan to summon Kim again soon to investigate the specific circumstances of the accident. Kim was previously booked in July 2011 on charges of drunk driving, which resulted in his license being revoked.
