Domestic and international total soccer marketing company 'SH Sports Agency' will hold the first soccer festival of the new year on February 24-25 at Yanggu Comprehensive Stadium in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do, as a youth soccer festival.

The tournament, titled '2024 Peace Yanggu Cup National Youth Soccer Club Festival,' allows participation not only from youth players but also from mothers who have children playing soccer. In addition to the existing kindergarten division, 1st grade division, 1+2 grade division, 3+4 grade division, and 5+6 grade division, a mothers' division (for mothers with children who are soccer players, mothers from Korea with children) has been added. Teams are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Matches will be played 6-a-side. The kindergarten, 1st grade, and mothers' divisions will hold a full league, semifinals, and finals on the 24th. The 1+2 grade, 3+4 grade, and 5+6 grade divisions will take place over the 24th and 25th. On the 24th, after the group stage full league, the top 1st and 2nd place teams in each group will advance to the Classic division, while the 3rd and 4th place teams will advance to the Challenge division. On the 25th, both Classic and Challenge divisions will hold group stage leagues followed by semifinals and finals. Match duration is 15 minutes total. Winning and runner-up teams in each division will receive prize money, trophies, and individual medals.
During the tournament, in addition to soccer matches, promotional marketing events aimed at developing and promoting various sightseeing, food, and entertainment products in the Yanggu region, as well as contributing to the revitalization of the local economy, will also be held.
