Tmon, Recruiting for 'Ongoing Internships' Linked to Employment

Ongoing Internship System... Timely Recruitment of Outstanding Talent

Tmon announced on the 5th that it will newly introduce a recruitment-linked 'ongoing internship system' and strive to secure outstanding talent. The ongoing internship system, introduced for the first time this year, is a recruitment-linked program that converts interns to full-time employees based on evaluation after a three-month working period. Tmon aims to secure necessary talent in a timely manner, nurture talent with future growth potential, and strengthen platform competitiveness.

The application process is also simple. Without a separate deadline, applicants only need to register their resumes in the talent pool on Tmon's recruitment page. The recruitment team continuously reviews the application documents and individually guides suitable candidates. Registered resumes are retained for six months. After the expiration of this period, applicants can register new resumes.

The recruitment fields are two job categories: product planners (MD) who discover products and establish sales strategies, and marketing who plan customer promotions. The internship period is conducted for three months after hiring, during which interns are assigned to actual work sites to build practical skills and gain broad knowledge and experience about the job. Tmon plans to provide one-on-one close mentoring and job coaching by current practitioners to help new employees adapt quickly.

Starting with this recruitment, Tmon plans to continuously expand the recruitment areas of the ongoing internship system. Lee Suhyun, Head of Tmon's Management Support Division, said, "More than half of last year's interns at Tmon are currently working as full-time new employees," and added, "We hope for the interest and applications of many outstanding talents who will grow by experiencing the domestic and international e-commerce environment together with Tmon in the future."
