KH Construction Acquires 12.04 Million Shares of SE Color Culture, Owning 100% Stake

KH Construction announced on the 4th that it acquired 12.04 million shares of SE Color Culture Co., Ltd. for 6.02 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, the ownership stake is 100%, and the purpose of the acquisition is business diversification.
