Hyundai Engineering and POSCO E&C consortium announced on the 4th that they will be selling units of 'Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park' this month in the Daejam-dong area of Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk.
Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park consists of a total of 2,667 households across two complexes, with the second complex, comprising 1,668 households ranging from 84 to 178㎡ in exclusive area, spanning from basement level 5 to ground level 35, being offered first.
The complex is supplied as a special project of Sangsaeng Park, which consists of park facilities (approximately 770,000㎡) and non-park facilities (approximately 170,000㎡). Sangsaeng Park connects four spaces segmented by roads. Within the park, there are plans to establish sky paths, observatories, water plazas, art plazas, and a national sports center.
Convenience facilities include various infrastructures centered around Pohang City Hall, as well as Pohang St. Mary's Hospital, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Idong General Market. Nearby schools include Daei Elementary School, Idong Middle School, and Pohang Steel High School.
The transportation environment is favorable with Posco-daero and Huimang-daero nearby, and easy access to all areas of Pohang and other regions via Pohang IC, National Route 7, and National Route 31. There is also a well-established wide-area transportation network including Pohang Express and Intercity Bus Terminal and KTX Pohang Station.
Among the community facilities, a paid breakfast and lunch service, which will be introduced for the first time in Pohang, stands out.
A sales official said, "Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park offers an unparalleled premium that allows residents to enjoy the vast 940,000㎡ Sangsaeng Park as if it were a park within the complex," adding, "We plan to present a design befitting its excellent location, and it will become a new landmark complex in Pohang."
