The Young Camp selects 42 students twice a year, in the first and second half of the year, across three classes: Bread & Sandwich (baking & sandwiches), Food, and Barista. In the first half of the year, junior college graduates and military reservists are recruited, while in the second half, prospective graduates of specialized high schools and junior colleges are targeted. Graduates from over 30 specialized high schools and junior colleges affiliated with SPC Group are given preference.

Selected new students undergo 10 weeks of training with SPC Group’s professional instructors, including basic workplace education, specialized technical training by class, and field visits, after which they are hired as full-time employees at Paris Croissant and work at various brand stores such as Paris Baguette, Pascucci, Coffee@Works, and La Grillia. Additionally, after joining, they have the opportunity to enroll in ‘SPC Food Science University,’ an in-house university authorized by the Ministry of Education and operated separately from the Young Camp, where they can earn a degree.

The first recruitment for the Young Camp accepts applications from today until the 21st, with interviews and practical tests to follow. The final results will be announced on the 7th of next month. An SPC Group official stated, “Paris Young Camp is a newly revamped program based on the ‘Corporate University’ program that has nurtured and hired over 520 young talents since 2015, designed to secure talent and expand youth employment through practical training. We will continue to contribute to nurturing young talent and creating jobs through various education and recruitment programs.”
