On the 2nd, Yoon Young-jun, President of Hyundai Engineering & Construction, made this statement in his New Year's message, urging the consolidation of high value-added overseas business capabilities.

He particularly emphasized the importance of nurturing global experts and reorganizing core competencies to develop key and fundamental technologies that determine market competitive advantage.
Additionally, President Yoon stressed, "Safety and quality, which cannot be overemphasized, should aim for zero serious accidents and zero quality defects, delivering the highest construction quality."
He also commended the efforts of employees who achieved results despite challenging circumstances. President Yoon expressed, "I am grateful to all employees who achieved valuable growth in key indicators such as orders, sales, and profits amid ongoing global economic turmoil and uncertainty."
Furthermore, President Yoon proudly stated, "Above all, by winning the Shin Hanul Nuclear Power Plant Units 3 and 4 project as the overwhelming first place in the bidding competition that attracted the construction industry's attention, Hyundai Engineering & Construction has proven its technological competitiveness."
Finally, quoting the proverb 'Bongsan Gaedo Usugagyo (逢山開道 遇水架橋)', which means 'When you meet a mountain, make a path; when you encounter water, build a bridge,' he said, "Let us overcome internal and external crises and create new milestones of success."
