Law Firm Saram & Smart (Representative Attorney Lee Gi-yoon) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with China's Jingsh Law Firm to provide legal support between Korea and China.
Jingsh Law Firm is a large Chinese law firm with over 6,000 lawyers, operating overseas branches in 15 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Poland, and Singapore, offering legal support services.
Through this MOU, Law Firm Saram & Smart plans to cooperate with Jingsh Law Firm focusing on ▲ legal support for foreigners including Koreans and Chinese ▲ legal support for overseas corporations ▲ expanding legal services related to China for domestic corporations ▲ providing legal advice on various overseas corporations and foreigners.
Lee Gi-yoon, Representative Attorney of Law Firm Saram & Smart, stated, "Through the MOU with Jingsh Law Firm, we will provide more accurate and extensive legal services to legal consumers in both Korea and China."
Law Firm Saram & Smart is a specialized law firm focusing on industrial accident cases, led by four industrial accident specialist attorneys registered with the Korean Bar Association. Each member is registered and active as a specialist in compensation and criminal law. The firm focuses on handling industrial accident administrative, civil, and criminal cases, as well as consulting on industrial safety fields such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
Lee Gi-yoon, Representative Attorney of Law Firm Saram & Smart, recently completed the Executive Program in Safety and Health at the Graduate School of Health Care Management, Catholic University, enhancing his expertise as a safety and health professional. He is also engaged in public interest activities for citizens, serving as an auditor at the Korea Fire Institute and as a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Citizen Health Committee.
