Chairman Kim said, "The growth potential in the Middle East region is significant this year," adding, "Based on the long-standing trust built in the Middle East, we must not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and use it as a stepping stone for a leap forward."

He stated, "Saudi Arabia will continue to issue mega projects related to Neom City, the Winter Asian Games, EXPO, and the World Cup under the 'Vision 2030' policy," and added, "Countries such as Qatar, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates are also promoting projects in smart cities, eco-friendly construction, nuclear power, and renewable energy in preparation for the post-oil era."

Chairman Kim emphasized, "As a leading construction project management (PM) company representing Korea, we must play a pioneering role in cooperating with other Korean companies at the forefront of Team Korea," and suggested expanding into new markets such as Europe, Russia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), and Southeast Asia to grow the global market.

He stressed the need to diversify the business model to create future growth engines. Chairman Kim said, "We need to shift our focus from traditional construction projects to developing new businesses linked with digital future technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data," and added, "To create future growth engines, we must activate immediately feasible projects including development projects, eco-friendly businesses, and energy businesses." Along with this, he stated that there should be no compromise in the field of safety management and that strengthening ESG efforts is essential to secure a leading position in the PM service market for renewable energy.

HanmiGlobal has acquired and merged six companies in the United States and the United Kingdom and operates 11 subsidiaries overseas. Last year, overseas sales accounted for the 40% range. Domestically, the company secured orders for data centers, R&D centers, and large complex shopping malls, and built a track record of orders related to battery materials in the United States, Hungary, and Malaysia.
