Evil Reporter: Fraud Republic
Recruiting the Suspicious Chairman's Secretary
The chairman of an adult product company was exposed for operating the company abnormally by repeatedly asking sexually harassing questions during employee recruitment and instructing employees to have sexual relations with each other.
In the third episode of the Wavve original documentary "Evil Reporter: Fraud Republic," titled "Suspicious Chairman's Secretary Recruitment," released on the 29th, the sexual harassment, molestation, and orders and coercion of sexual relations by the chairman of adult product company L were addressed.
Victim A, who worked as the chairman's secretary, said, "I saw the job advertisement on an internet job posting site and joined the company," adding, "About a week after joining, I was asked to manage the company housing. I was told to buy necessary supplies and asked if I could help with moving, to which I readily agreed."
After finishing the move and preparing to go home, the chairman suddenly touched his genitals and said, "I want to do it. Anyway, all the employees have to have sex with me. You are that kind of person. A cheap woman," demanding sexual relations.
When one victim actually filed a complaint against the problematic chairman, the coworkers wrote statements confirming that the chairman "ordered them to have sex in front of me," "sent me videos of sexual relations with other employees," and "engaged in sexual acts indiscriminately with male and female employees during workshops."
Another victim described, "He gaslighted us to make it his kingdom. It was not a company but a king game. You know Jung Myung-seok JMS? This was a miniature version of that."
Upon learning of the chairman's atrocities, the production team revealed, "The entire company collectively engaged in such (sexual) behavior," and especially that the chairman made employees sign confidentiality agreements stating they would never raise issues regarding sexual harassment, molestation, or assault, and ordered group sexual acts during office hours and workshops.
The production team also infiltrated the company as an interviewee. During the interview, the chairman asked questions such as, "How many men have you had sex with so far?" "Have you experienced 2-on-2 or 2-on-1?" "You have a boyfriend now, but you don't have other male partners, right?" and "Would it be possible to use (adult) products with other employees?"
The production team recalled, "I had no idea why those questions were necessary for an adult product company. I kept avoiding them because I didn't understand why such irrelevant questions were being asked," adding, "But he blatantly repeated the questions until he got my answers."
Workshops were also a major issue during the interview. The production team explained, "They asked what I was willing to do at the workshop. During the interview process, I felt that workshops were the biggest issue for this person, as he was very obsessed with them," and added, "When I actually went to the interview room, it was on a completely different level from what I had imagined."
The chairman explained, "We created an atmosphere where they could see and experience it directly and work like this," and said, "The reason we wrote the contract was to prevent problems in the company if people kept having personal (sexual) relations behind the scenes."
