Gwangju Shinsegae, Pre-Order Lunar New Year Gift Sets... Up to 55% Discount

From January 2 to 21 Next Year, Over 150 Items

Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Dong-hoon) announced on the 28th that it will conduct pre-order sales of Lunar New Year gift sets from January 2 to 21 next year.

The pre-order items include about 150 products: 51 agricultural items such as apples, pears, and Shine Muscat grapes; 25 livestock items including Korean beef; 15 seafood items such as dried yellow corvina and cutlassfish; 23 prepared foods including beef jerky and anchovies; 3 types of wine; 25 health foods and teas; and 6 imported food products.

During the pre-order period, discounts of up to 20% are offered on agricultural and seafood products, 5-10% on livestock products, and up to 55% on health foods and teas.

This Lunar New Year gift set lineup has been broadly prepared to meet the increasing demand for pre-orders, ranging from premium products to cost-effective options.

Representative products include the ‘Suhyup Special Dried Yellow Corvina Manbok’ sold at a 20% discount for 200,000 KRW, and the ‘Shinsegae Female Korean Beef Manbok’ offered at a 10% discount for 297,000 KRW.

Additionally, in collaboration with Cheongdam Asil, notable items include the ‘Three-color Dadam (260,000 KRW)’ containing apples, pears, and apple mangoes; the ‘Shinsegae Female Korean Beef Steak (387,000 KRW)’; and the ‘Suhyup Yeonggwang Premium Dried Yellow Corvina (720,000 KRW).’

Furthermore, to meet the demands of various age groups, imported food products such as wine, cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar are also offered with discounts of up to 37%.

In particular, for seafood, a seafood traceability system has been introduced, allowing customers to easily verify the origin and production process via QR codes, ensuring safe purchases.

Products purchased during the event period can be delivered nationwide on the desired date, except for some items.
