Sinan-gun Holds Membership Ceremony for Sharing Leader Groups... Highest in Jeonnam with 56 Members

“The Wave of Sharing, Rolling into 1004 Islands Shinan”

On the 26th, Shinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Park Woo-ryang) announced on the 27th that it held the second group membership ceremony for 33 newly joined Nanum Leaders at the 1004 conference room of Shinan-gun Office.

Following the first group membership ceremony for 23 Nanum Leaders, including Shinan Nanum Leader No. 1 Governor Park Woo-ryang, this additional enrollment of 33 members in just one month marked Shinan as the island of sharing that produced the largest number of Nanum Leaders in Jeollanam-do, totaling 56.

In particular, this Shinan Nanum Leader group membership was a meaningful occasion where 13 participants, including renewable energy power companies that provide lifelong pensions to Shinan residents through profit-sharing from renewable energy development and five regional cooperatives, pledged to contribute to sustainable development and the promotion of local community welfare.

Additionally, 20 heads of related Shinan-gun government and social institutions also joined the Nanum Leaders with one heart and one mind, actively participating in creating a warm local community.

Governor Park Woo-ryang stated, “This second group membership ceremony has become an important example showing that the culture of sharing in Shinan-gun is becoming more active with 33 Nanum Leaders who have warm hearts of sharing,” adding, “We plan to continue actively encouraging the culture of sharing in the local community and strengthening support for vulnerable groups.”
