Democratic Peace Advisory Council Namhae-gun - Jindo-gun Council Sisterhood Agreement

The Namhae County Council of the National Unification Advisory Council held a sisterhood exchange event with the Jindo County Council of Jeollanam-do at the Namhae County Office's main conference room.

The event held on the 26th was attended by 50 executives and advisory members from both councils. In addition to the sisterhood ceremony, participants also had time to visit major tourist attractions in Namhae County, such as German Village and Darangi Village.

Through this event, both councils agreed to actively promote exchanges and cooperative projects in various fields to contribute to the development of the National Unification Advisory Council and the unification of the Korean Peninsula, as well as to share information necessary for achieving these goals.

Kim Chang-woo, Chairman of the Namhae County Council of the National Unification Advisory Council, said, “I hope this event will serve as an opportunity for active exchange between the two councils,” adding, “We will continue to make efforts to lead the development of both Namhae County and Jindo County beyond exchanges among advisory members.”
