Karacula, a YouTuber and private detective specializing in crimes such as the Rolls-Royce and dollyeo chagi (spinning kick) incidents, revealed that he is battling cancer.

On the 25th, Karacula confessed his cancer battle through his YouTube channel. He said, "I have been very sick. Subscribers who are quick to notice might have found it strange that I have been filming only in the studio recently," adding, "My health was very poor. I am still in the process of recovery."

He explained, "During a health checkup last fall, a neuroendocrine tumor about 5cm from the anus was found inside my colon," and added, "The hospital performing the checkup removed it and conducted a biopsy at the same time. It turned out that the neuroendocrine tumor was cancerous." Neuroendocrine tumors are a type of tumor that slowly grows in the gastrointestinal tract or pulmonary mucosa. 70% are found in the gastrointestinal tract, and 10% are found in the lungs.

He continued, "I scheduled surgery at Samsung Seoul Hospital Cancer Center, where they incised the colon wall where the neuroendocrine tumor was located and scraped out the root."

Karacula said he will need to undergo follow-up examinations such as abdominal CT, MRI, and endoscopy every six months, adding, "The fortunate part is that it is not a malignant cancer that metastasizes and spreads, so I do not need chemotherapy."
