According to data from Softcon Viewership, an internet broadcasting ranking site, Naver Chijijik's viewer count reached a peak of approximately 110,000 on the 21st. It has topped major app stores and attracted attention as popular broadcaster 'Chimchakman' also began trial broadcasts.

It is estimated that a significant number of Twitch users have migrated to Chijijik following the announcement of Twitch's service termination in February next year. At the time when Chijijik's viewers reached 110,000 on the 21st, Twitch's viewers dropped by about 70,000 compared to the previous week. AfreecaTV also saw an increase of about 30,000 viewers compared to the previous week.

Chijijik launched its open beta test (OBT) on the 19th. More than 10,000 viewers gathered for the trial broadcast started by Chimchakman (Imalnyeon) on Chijijik on the 19th. Top Twitch streamers with average viewers exceeding 10,000, such as 'Handongsuk,' 'Uwakkud,' and 'Pungwollyang,' are also conducting tests on Chijijik. This indicates that many streamers and users from Twitch, which is scheduled to withdraw, are moving over.

Riding on its rapid rise in popularity, Chijijik has begun recruiting staff, creating a trend among young Naver employees who prefer to move there. To improve service completeness and stability early, Chijijik is conducting a special 'OCC' (Open Career Chance, an internal recruitment system) for staff recruitment until the end of the year. A Naver official said, "With the beta release of Chijijik, many users including streamers are providing feedback and requesting additional features, so OCC is being conducted to meet expectations," adding, "The response among young employees is quite positive."
