Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, and the Fruit of Love Sharing Volunteer Group joined forces to carry out the 'Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign' street fundraising activities at Yeongdeok, Ganggu, and Yeonghae markets for three days from the 18th to the 20th.
Yeongdeok-gun conducted street fundraising activities with the Fruit of Love Sharing Volunteer Group and the Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign.
This fundraising event was conducted with the combined efforts of the Fruit of Love Sharing Volunteer Group and local residents, featuring talent donation performances, a coffee truck operation, and the provision of thank-you gifts for donations. In particular, Han Won-yu, CEO of Saam Entertainment, has been supporting the street fundraising activities by providing free sound equipment every year and donating his talents through saxophone performances and singing, energizing the campaign.
Despite the cold weather, the two organizations and local residents prepared and carried out the street fundraising activities together, raising about 20 million won from various sectors of Yeongdeok-gun. The collected funds will be handed over to the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea and will be fully used to support vulnerable groups within the district.
