Lim Young-woong Tops Idol Chart for 143 Consecutive Weeks... 'As Expected, Hero'

Singer Lim Young-woong topped the Idol Chart rating ranking for the third week of December with the highest number of votes.

According to the Idol Chart on the 22nd, Lim Young-woong received 414,115 votes in the rating ranking compiled from December 15 to December 21, recording the highest number of votes. With this, Lim Young-woong maintained his first-place position on the Idol Chart rating ranking for 143 consecutive weeks.

In second place was Lee Chan-won with 216,222 votes. Following were Kim Ho-joong (178,322 votes), Young Tak (64,163 votes), Jimin (BTS, 21,938 votes), V (BTS, 20,013 votes), Jin (BTS, 19,857 votes), Song Ga-in (17,913 votes), Lee Byung-chan (17,758 votes), and Park Chang-geun (14,177 votes) in order.

In the ‘Likes’ category, which measures the actual size of a star’s fandom, Lim Young-woong also received the most with 40,225 likes.

Following were Lee Chan-won (21,023 likes), Kim Ho-joong (17,261 likes), Young Tak (6,541 likes), Lee Byung-chan (2,190 likes), Song Ga-in (2,112 likes), Jin (2,071 likes), Jimin (2,026 likes), V (1,912 likes), and Park Chang-geun (1,562 likes) in order of likes received.

At the 2023 Asia Artist Awards (2023 AAA) held on the 14th at the Philippine Arena in the Philippines, Lim Young-woong showcased his presence by sweeping five awards including the Grand Prize in the singer category and the Fandom of the Year Award. He will hold concerts at the Daejeon Convention Center Exhibition Hall 2 on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of this month.

Lim Young-woong will then meet fans at the Gwangju concert held at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center on January 5th, 6th, and 7th, 2024. Additionally, he is scheduled to hold an encore concert at the Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium on May 25th and 26th, 2024.
