DSC Investment, IMM Investment, Aju IB Investment
The Private School Teachers' Pension Service announced on the 18th that it has "finalized the selection of three entrusted management companies?DSC Investment, IMM Investment, and Aju IB Investment?to operate venture capital (VC) blind funds."
The total domestic VC investment scale by the Private School Teachers' Pension Service is planned to be within 45 billion KRW, with 15 billion KRW allocated to each of the three entrusted management companies. Proposal submissions were accepted starting from the 25th of last month, followed by a first round of quantitative evaluation, resulting in the selection of six shortlisted candidates. On-site inspections were conducted for the selected management companies, and based on these results, the Alternative Investment Committee conducted a qualitative evaluation on the 14th, finalizing the three entrusted management companies.
Song Hajung, Chairman of the Private School Teachers' Pension Service, stated, "We will do our best to enhance the continuous fund management returns and ensure long-term stability through diversification of the pension fund portfolio."
Meanwhile, last year, the Private School Teachers' Pension Service selected four entrusted management companies for VC blind funds?Daol Investment, LB Investment, Intervest, and Atinum Investment?and invested a total of 100 billion KRW.
