Dongkuk Steel Group's steel business division, cold-rolled business company Dongkuk CM, is publicly recruiting new and experienced employees for the first half of 2024.
Applications can be submitted until the 7th of next month through the Dongkuk Steel Group recruitment website. The recruitment process consists of document screening, personality test, interview, and medical examination in order.
There are a total of 7 job categories being recruited. At the Seoul headquarters, Dongkuk CM is hiring new employees for two positions: sales for the premium color steel sheet brand Appsteel and solutions for Luxteel. At the Busan Technology Research Institute, new employees are being recruited for five positions: plating production, Luxteel production, Appsteel production, equipment management, and quality planning (logistics).
There are two job categories for experienced hires. At the Seoul headquarters, the design position is open, and at the Busan Technology Research Institute, the material research position is being recruited.
New employees who pass the final selection are expected to join in mid-February. Experienced hires will be negotiated separately.
Dongkuk CM is also conducting ongoing recruitment for new and experienced employees in safety and environmental positions. The application period is until the 28th of this month, and the selection process is the same. New employees are being recruited for four positions: safety planning (Seoul), health management (Busan), fire management (Busan), and environmental management (Busan). Experienced employees are being selected for safety planning (Seoul) and safety management (Busan).
Dongkuk CM was established in June through the human resource spin-off of Dongkuk Steel Group and has the world's largest production capacity for a single factory in the color steel sheet sector.
