Chinese Foreign Ministry: "Substantial Cooperation and Exchange of Common Interests"

On the 18th (local time), TASS reported that Prime Minister Mishustin will visit China from the 19th to 20th to meet with President Xi and Premier Li Qiang.
The Russian government explained that during this visit, Prime Minister Mishustin plans to discuss the development of the comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction between the two countries, with special attention to expanding trade and economic cooperation and promoting joint projects in various fields.
It was also added that a joint statement will be adopted and multiple documents will be signed.
Wang Wenbin, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also announced at a regular briefing that Prime Minister Mishustin will visit China at the invitation of Premier Li Qiang to hold the 28th China-Russia Prime Ministers' Meeting.
Spokesperson Wang said, "The China-Russia Prime Ministers' Meeting is an important mechanism to promote the implementation of agreements between the two heads of state and to coordinate practical cooperation in various fields," adding, "Both sides will exchange in-depth views on bilateral relations, practical cooperation, and common interests."
He continued, "Next year marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and the Year of China-Russia Culture will be held," expressing hope that "through this Prime Ministers' Meeting, both sides will deepen cooperation, promote cultural and regional exchanges, and further deepen the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for a new era between China and Russia."
